Abstract

The partner problem at MTSN I Bengkulu Utara is that students still get accidents in the school environment. This is a very serious concern because school facilities and the limitations of the school in emergency first aid are still lacking. The purpose of the activity is to increase the ability of MTSN I North Bengkulu cadres in emergency first aid in the school environment. The methods used are: drill method through lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and companion partners. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge in providing emergency first aid and partners have attitudes and are able to take action to provide emergency first aid. The activity was carried out on June 29, 2022 at MTSN I North Bengkulu. Before the student cadres get the material, the cadres do pre and post tests as an evaluation of activities. Participants were followed by 30 people who were selected from the school as emergency first aid cadres (KAPEPEGA). The results obtained are participants are very enthusiastic about participating and getting pre test results, most of the respondents in the category of sufficient knowledge are 20 people (66.7%), respondents with less knowledge category are 6 people (20%) and the rest are respondents with good knowledge category as many as 4 people (13,3%). The results of the post test showed that most of the respondents were in the good knowledge category, namely 21 people (70%) and the rest of the respondents with sufficient knowledge category were 9 people (30%). The attitude of the participants with the pre test results of all respondents included in the category of positive attitudes as many as 30 people (100%) and the post test results revealed that all respondents were included in the category of positive attitudes, namely 30 people (100%). The skills of the participants with the pre test results of all respondents included in the poor skill category as many as 29 people (96.7%) and the post test results revealed that all respondents were included in the good skills category of 30 people (100%). The difference between pre and post on knowledge and action has a value of sig 0.05, it can be stated that there is a significant difference between the results of the pre test and the results of the post test on knowledge and action, meaning that there is a significant difference in the knowledge and actions of school health cadres in MTSN 1 Bengkulu Utara after the provision of drill method health education. On the attitude obtained a sig value 0.05, it can be stated that there is no significant difference between the pre test results and the post test results on attitudes, meaning that there is no significant difference in the attitudes of school health cadres at MTSN 1 Bengkulu Utara after providing health education with the drill method. The conclusion of this activity is that the results of community service show a positive impact for MTSN I North Bengkulu cadres in emergency first aid. Suggestions for MTSN I can apply and make excellence for schools about emergency first aid in the school environment. Keywords: First Aid, emergency

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan penimbangan berat  badan dan pengukuran tinggi badan pada balita adalah kegiatan yang rutin dilakukan oleh posyandu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Data Kemenkes bahwa terdapat 65% posyandu di Indonesia yang aktif belum mencapai target nasional yaitu 80% dan dampak covid 19 sangat mempengaruhi optimalisasi target posyandu khususnya posyandu balita. Optimalisasi peran kader dan orang tua sangat penting dalam kegiatan posyandu dimasa pandemi covid 19 (Firmina dan Salis, 2022). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan kembali posyandu di masa pandemi covid 19. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdapat pengaruh peningkatan pengetahuan ibu terhadap pentingnya pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan balita.  Kata kunci : Kegiatan, Penimbangan, Berat Badan ABSTRACTActivities for weighting and measuring height for toodlers are routine activities carried out by posyandu. This activity aims to increase mothers knowledge about the importance of checking the growth and development of children. Data from the Ministry of Health shows that there are 65% of active posyandu in Indonesia that have a not reached the national target of 80% and the impact of covid 19 greatly affects the optimization of posyandu targets, especially posyandu for toodlers. Optimizing the role of cadres and parents is very important in posyandu activities during the covd 19 pandemic (Firmina and Salis, 2022). The purpose of this activity is to reoptimize the psoyandu during the covid 19 pandemic. The community service activity has the effect of increasing mothers knowledge on the importance of measuring toodlers height and weight. Keywords: Activity, Weighing, Weight

Abstract

Rulung Helok Village is one of 26 villages in Natar District, South Lampung Regency. This village is estimated to have been formed since the 1700s, this is because this village has 12 generations according to local stories. Led by a traditional Lampung leader with the title TuanPower. It was only after the independence period that this village was formed in the 1900s. Most of the villagers earn their income from agriculture, plantations, and livestock (duck). Abstract

Anak merupakan penerus keturunan. Anak juga dapat diartikan sebagai generasi yang akan menjaga keberlangsungan bangsa di masa depan. Anak diharapkan untuk memiliki kcerdasan, daya juang, kreativitas, daya saing yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjadi penerus di masa yang akan datang. Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) merupakan salah satu Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) yang bergerak dibidang Kesehatan reproduksi, dan salah satu program yang dijalankan adalah pembinaan dan pemberilayanan pada anak-anak terlantar yang harus diperhatiakn juga tentang haknya dalam mendapatkan informasi kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui, pelaksanaan penyuluhan untuk anak-anak jalanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dengan ceramah pada anak-anak jalanan bisaan PKBI. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibantu oleh relawan Harapan Fian pada 14 Oktober 2022. Hasil drai kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan anak-anak jalanan tentang Kesehatan reproduksi, dan bagaimana mereka mau unutk menjaga Kesehatan reproduksinya

Abstract

Immunization is one tool that parents may use to track their child's growth and development. Immunization is a method of developing immunity against infectious illnesses and disorders that may result in disability or death. Objective: The purpose of this study was to ascertain the influence of maternal attitudes on the completion of advanced vaccination in infants. Method: The cross-sectional correlational analysis was utilized in this research. Purposive sampling was used in this research, with 58 samples collected. The data were gathered via KIA books and questionnaires, with the Spearman Rank test used for statistical analysis. Results: The research discovered that the majority of respondents (72.4 percent) had received comprehensive basic vaccination and that the majority of respondents (56.9 percent) had a favorable opinion toward immunization. The findings of the Spearman Rank test give a p-value of 0.000.(0.05). Conclusion: It is well established that the majority of moms have a positive attitude about immunizing their children. Conclusion: The results indicate that the majority of responders gave comprehensive vaccinations. The findings indicated that there was a correlation between the mother's attitude and the completion of children's basic vaccination.                                  Keywords: Attitude and follow-up immunization

Abstract

ABSTRAKStunting atau kondisi kerdil merupakan kondisi dimana balita memiliki panjang badan dan tinggi badan yang tidak sesuai jika dibandingkan dengan usia. Kejadian stunting hingga saat ini masih menjadi masalah gizi utama yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia. Stunting dapat mengakibatkan dampak yang serius bagi penderitanya antara lain penurunan kemampuan kognitif, kecerdasan menurun, adanya gangguan pertumbuhan fisik dan gangguan pada metabolisme tubuh. Tujuan kegiatan ini merupakanupaya menambah pengetahuan tentang pencegahan dan penanganan stunting.Metode: Strategipenyuluhan dengan pendekatanmetodemotivasi.Hasil kegiatan ini Masyarakatikutberpartispasidalam kegiatan sebagai upayameningkatkanderajat kesehatan masyarakat dan untukmendorongdan memotivasidalam pencegahan stunting. Diharapkan Kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan tentang stunting harus dilakukan secara berkala diberikan kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat dengan menggunakan berbagai media seperti leaflet, banner, poster dan media lainnya. Kata kunci:Rembuk Stunting,Pencegahan Dan Penanganan Stunting
